Annette Glenn: An impressive first year

To the editor:

Annette Glenn has had an impressive record of accomplishment in her first year as our state representative. She has represented us well and that is the reason I urge you to support her this November. She is only halfway through her term and look what she has accomplished on our behalf:

1. Annette promised cuts to our auto insurance rates and she delivered. In July, there will be a $100 per car cut to the MCCA fees assessed to Michigan drivers. Annette was instrumental in that legislation.

2. Annette has voted for state budgets that include record funding for schools and roads (without a 45 cent gas tax hike) and directed more resources to improve skilled trades opportunities.

3. She supported a bipartisan plan to make state government more accountable and transparent to its citizens.

4. Annette Glenn will protect the “right to work” law In Michigan (her opponent is on record wanting to repeal it).

For these reasons, and many more, we need to keep Annette as our state representative.
